These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, of the online stores owned and operated by Blackwell Strategy Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("the Company", "we", "us"), and of our consulting services. By using our websites, placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Blackwell Strategy Consulting LLC provides e-commerce consulting services to businesses and owns and operates e-commerce stores that sell consumer products to customers in the United States and Europe. You can contact us at contact@blackwellstrategy-llc.com.

2. Consulting services

Consulting engagements are governed by a written proposal, statement of work or advisory agreement ("Engagement Agreement") that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. If an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement prevails. Our recommendations are based on our professional experience and the information the client provides. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue or business results. Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to their business. Sections 4 to 9 below apply to purchases from our online stores.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.

4. Products and pricing

We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors, dimensions and packaging may vary slightly from images. Prices are shown in the currency of the store and may change without notice. Changes do not affect orders that we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to the address provided. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. You agree to pay all charges for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees shown at checkout.

7. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. For international orders, import duties and taxes are either collected at checkout or payable on delivery, as stated in the relevant store.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

9. Marketplace purchases

If you buy one of our products through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's terms and buyer protection policies also apply. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the marketplace terms prevail for that purchase.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our websites. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, scraping content at scale, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

Content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos and product photographs created by us, belongs to the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers resident in the European Union also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
